What to do if lancer 23308 Ice Maker has no carbonation?
    • A
      Amanda RogersAug 2, 2025
If your Lancer Ice Maker isn't producing carbonation, several factors could be at play. First, check if the carbonator motor is running by verifying the power supply and LED light status, resetting if necessary. Ensure you have a full CO2 tank and that the gas pressure is at least 75 PSI, adjusting the regulator or changing the tank if needed. Also, check for power failures, fuses, and clean the strainer on the pump. If gas is only coming from the valves, and the carbonator tank might be air bound, relieve the gas pressure until water spurts out. Inspect the check valve for blockages, check the carbonator control, and assess the carbonator pump's efficiency. If the water pump isn't moving water, consider replacing it. Finally, make sure the bin is filled with ice.

Why is my lancer Ice Maker carbonator pump so noisy?
    • M
      Mark ParkerAug 12, 2025
A noisy carbonator pump in your Lancer Ice Maker could stem from a couple of issues. It might be due to an insufficient water supply or a water leak that's allowing air to be drawn into the pump; ensure you have an adequate water supply and that the strainer is clean. Alternatively, the pump coupling could be loose; try tightening the set screw on the pump coupling.

What to do if lancer 23308 Ice Maker valves are inoperable?
    • B
      Brandon ScottAug 22, 2025
If the valves on your Lancer Ice Maker aren't working, begin by checking the power supply to ensure it's properly plugged in. Inspect the transformer and main power circuit breakers. Also, verify that the key-lock switch on the side of the tower is in the “ON” position. If power isn't the issue, check the bin switch to ensure it has a proper connection.
