Also, check for power failures, fuses, and clean the strainer on the pump. If gas is only coming from the valves, and the carbonator tank might be air bound, relieve the gas pressure until water spurts out. Inspect the check valve for blockages, check the carbonator control, and assess the carbonator pump's efficiency. If the water pump isn't moving water, consider replacing it. Finally, make sure the bin is filled with ice.
