Download the PurrSong app on your mobile device, sign up, verify email, register your LavvieBot, and connect to WiFi.
Remove white tapes and check if all litter guarders are correctly attached to prevent urine leaking.

Read the LITTER TYPES section to identify your cat litter and select the correct type on the LavvieBot.
Grey color with stone texture or clumping clay litter. Do not use white colored bentonite; lightweight clumping clay should be set to NATURAL.
Tofu, corn, or botanical ingredients, or lightweight clumping litter. Avoid long/oval particles and small wheat particles.
Silica gel or crystal cat litter that does not clump. Auto-refilling may be affected as they cannot form clumps.
Keep the side door open or remove the tray outside where the original litter box was placed until the cat is familiar.
If stool is watery, set LavvieBot S's wait time longer for solidification before cleaning.
Tofu litter with small particles is usable. Natural litter with tinier, lighter particles may not be suitable.
Any bags fitting the waste drawer are usable, but enclosed bags are recommended for accurate measurement.
Change litter level via app or YouTube tutorials. Ensure the set level matches the current level in the tray.
Check app settings, litter type, and actual litter level. Contact CS if problems persist after troubleshooting.
Auto-cleaning stops if a cat approaches. Manual scooping does not auto-stop but can be manually halted.
Ensure tray is not full, litter type matches setting, and weight limits are not exceeded.
If verification email is not received, click 'Resend' and check SPAM/PROMOTION folders, or try another email address.
'Unknown' appears if the actual cat weight differs significantly from the input app weight.
Location refers to where the cat uses the LavvieBot S, e.g., living room or bedroom. Set it during registration.
Assign 'Locations' based on your cat's living space. Register multiple units/cats in the same or different locations as needed.
Super Users manage locations, cats, and LavvieBots. Users receive information after being invited to a location.
