SETTING CUTTING HEIGHT
When shipped, the wheels on the mower are set to a low-cutting position. Before using the mower
for the first time, adjust the cutting position to the height best suited for your lawn.
The average lawn height should be between 1" to 3" based on the type of grass grown.
To set the cutting height:
• To raise the cutting height, grasp the height adjustment lever and move it toward the back of the
mower.
• To lower the cutting height, grasp the height adjustment knob and move it toward the front of the
mower.

The mower is designed to disperse the clippings back to the lawn. Pull up the cover and insert the
mulching plug.
