Uncapping machine suitable for bench mounting with vibrating blade. Compact machine with an electrically heated knife
blade with thermostat-controlled resistor.
Blade vibration is powered by an electric gearmotor. This movement, combined with blade heating, ensures accurate,
fast cutting.

The uncapping machine has been designed for operation by a single worker.
Basic technical and mechanical skills are required to correctly operate the machine and carry out maintenance

Place the machine on an uncapping bench then connect it to the power line.
Adjust the distance between frame holder guides according to the width of the frames to uncap, then tighten
the guide screws.
Adjust the angle of the guide-supporting frame by turning the knobs (1). Different frame angles mean different
levels of blade action and hence, difference cutting depths. When the frame has reached full inclination, the
blade will cut flush with the wooden frame.
