Start the installer via Auto Run from the CD-ROM, following prompts.
If Auto Run fails, launch SETUP.EXE from the CD-ROM via 'My Computer'.
Access LOCO via START > PROGRAMS > LEGO Media > LEGO LOCO.
Start trains from the depot or use Zoombox for random/specific configurations.
Control train passage and direction using signals (Red, Green, Blue).
Direct train paths by opening and closing points and switches.
Up to nine players share a large layout, controlling sections of a National Map.
Start a session as host, selecting network protocol and game layout.
Connect to existing games by choosing a network protocol and session.
Requires DirectX 6, Winsock, and an unprotected internet connection.
Create, address, and send postcards via a blue tunnel to the internet server.
Host or join IPX LAN games, selecting network protocol and game sessions.
Host or join TCP/IP LAN games, finding host IP and selecting options.
Ensure all players use the same DirectX 6 version for compatibility.
