      If your Leifheit Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner isn't producing steam and water is escaping from the safety valve, the steam outlet is likely clogged. First, disconnect the mains plug and let the appliance cool down for at least 1 hour. Then, carefully insert a 10 cm long needle (like a large, opened paper clip) with a maximum diameter of 1.2 mm into the steam outlet at the bottom of the housing to release the blockage. Ensure the steam outlet is directed away from your body.
