First, disconnect the mains plug and let the appliance cool down for at least 1 hour. Then, carefully insert a 10 cm long needle (like a large, opened paper clip) with a maximum diameter of 1.2 mm into the steam outlet at the bottom of the housing to release the blockage. Ensure the steam outlet is directed away from your body.
