Why does my LEMEGA M2P Portable Radio say 'Cannot connect to network'?
    • J
      jasonbrownJul 29, 2025
If your LEMEGA Portable Radio displays 'Cannot connect to network', it might be because your router restricts access to listed MAC addresses. To resolve this, obtain the M2P MAC address from Menu < System settings > Network > View settings and add it to your router's list. Note that the M2P has separate MAC addresses for wired and wireless networks. Only the current network adapter method address is displayed, but the other address can be obtained by changing the first pair of digits between '00' (wireless) and '02' (wired).

Why does my LEMEGA M2P Portable Radio FM have hiss or DAB burbling/intermittent cut-out?
    • D
      David ChambersAug 4, 2025
If you are experiencing hiss on FM or burbling/intermittent cut-out on DAB with your LEMEGA Portable Radio, it is likely due to low signal strength. Try the following: * Check and adjust the antenna. * Move the radio to a different location. * Rescan for local, high-strength stations only. * For DAB, verify local coverage at www.ukdigitalradio.com/coverage.
