N. Troubleshooting
Q: I can’t turn on the camera.
A: Charge the camera fully and try again.
Q: The camera can’t record video.
A: 1. Re-format the SD card with FAT32 format and try again. 2. Reset the camera. 3. Try another
SD card. 4. Contact Lenofocus for support.
Q: The recording stops randomly.
A: 1. Re-format the SD card and reset the camera. 2. If the issue is not resolved, please contact
Lenofocus for support.
Q: My computer / laptop doesn’t recognize the camera.
A: 1. Connect the camera to another USB port. 2. Use the SD card reader to read the SD card.
Q: I can’t play the recorded video.
A: Please download VLC media player or other video player software to try again.
Q: I can’t find recorded footage after connecting the camera to my computer / laptop.
A: 1. Change another USB port and try again. 2. Remove the SD card from the camera and connect
the SD card to your computer / laptop via SD card reader and try again.
O: I can’t turn camera off.
A: Reset camera.
