How to fix no sound on Lenovo ThinkCentre 2121 Desktop?

If there is no audio in Windows on your Lenovo Desktop, verify that powered external speakers are switched on and connected to a properly grounded outlet. Check that the speaker volume is not too low. In Windows, double-click the speaker icon and ensure mute is off and volume settings are adequate. Verify speakers/headphones are connected to the correct audio connector and that the program you are using is designed for Windows. Finally, check that audio device drivers are correctly installed.
