How to fix no audio issue in Windows on Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 92z Desktop?

If there's no audio in Windows on your Lenovo Desktop: * If using powered external speakers, check if they're turned on and connected to a functional outlet. * Verify the speaker volume isn't too low. * Check the speaker icon in the Windows notification area to ensure mute isn't enabled and volume settings aren't low. * If you have a front audio panel, make sure its volume isn't too low. * Confirm external speakers (or headphones) are connected to the correct audio connector. * Ensure the program you're using is designed for Windows, or configured for SoundBlaster Pro/emulation if it's a DOS program. * Verify audio device drivers are correctly installed.
