The Magivaac RV2000 is a robotic vacuum cleaner designed for household use, offering a range of cleaning modes and smart features. It is equipped with a 3-in-1 HEPA Robot Vacuum with Mop function, allowing for both dry vacuuming and wet mopping. The device can be controlled via a smartphone app (Tuya Smart app) or a remote control, and is compatible with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Function Description:

The RV2000 uses gyroscope navigation and mapping to provide efficient cleaning. It supports various cleaning modes including:

  • Auto cleaning: The robot optimizes its cleaning path automatically.
  • Room cleaning: Cleans a specific room, including edges.
  • Spot cleaning: Intensively cleans a 5 ft radius area in a spiral pattern, ideal for concentrated dust or debris.
  • Edge cleaning: Follows walls and fixed objects to ensure thorough edge cleaning.
  • Mopping function: Utilizes a water tank and mopping pad for wet cleaning.

The robot is powered by a 2500mAh Li-ion battery, offering up to 140 minutes of cleaning time on a single charge. When the battery is low, it automatically returns to its charging base. The dustbin has a capacity of 600 ml, and the water tank holds 350 ml.

Usage Features:

  • Control: Can be controlled via a remote control or the Tuya Smart app. The app allows for scheduling, cleaning strength adjustment, and directional control.
  • App Installation: Download the Tuya Smart app (available for iOS and Android) by scanning a QR code. Register an account and add the device by selecting "Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi)".
  • Wi-Fi Connection: Supports EZ Mode and AP Mode pairing for Wi-Fi connection.
  • Light Indications: The robot provides visual feedback through its power and home buttons.
    • Green light solid: Indicates recharging, cleaning, or cleaning finish.
    • Green light flash: Indicates recharging.

  • Safety Tips:

    • Avoid wet environments.
    • Do not place the product where it can easily fall.
    • Prevent fabric or body parts from contacting drive wheels.
    • Do not use near open flames.
    • Ensure the dust container is empty before use if full.

    • Do not use in high temperature environments.

Maintenance Features:

  • Dust Container:
    • Remove by pressing the dust container button and pulling it out.
    • Open the side cover and remove waste.
    • Open the high-efficiency filter and primary filter.
    • Rinse the primary filter with water.
    • Clean the dust container with a dishcloth (do not wash with water).
    • Dry the dust box and filter assembly thoroughly before reinstallation.
    • The primary filter should be washed every 15-30 days.
    • The high-efficiency filter has a maximum service life of 3 months.
    • Do not expose filters to sunlight.
  • Main Brush and Side Brush:
    • Open the main cover brush assembly and take out the main brush shaft.
    • Use the utility tool to clean tangled hair from the main brush.
    • Clean the main brush with a dry cloth.
    • Ensure side brushes are installed correctly (left/right).
  • Charging Dock Pins, Down-View Sensor, Drive Wheel, and Universal Wheel:
    • Clean these components with a dry cloth. Avoid damp or wet cloths due to sensitive electronic components.
  • Battery Maintenance:
    • If storing for a long time, ensure the robot is fully charged.
    • Turn off the robot and charge it every 3 months to maintain battery life.
    • If the battery is over-discharged or unused for a long time, it may not be able to be charged.
    • Remove the battery before disposing of the machine. Ensure the product is not powered on when removing the battery. Recycle discarded batteries safely.
