In the commonwealth of most states, all pedicure spas installed for Commercial usage are required to have a

backflow preventer at the salon’s cost. This device shall be installed between the water inlet hose and the

spout.

Electrical Protection: It is extremely important that the foot spa operates with GFCI protection. A 110V-50/60Hz 15 Amp GFCI must be utilized.

Usage Features:

The Lexor Pedicure Spa offers a range of features for both client comfort and ease of use for salon staff.

Chair Adjustments: The backrest and seat are adjustable. The backrest can be folded and unfolded, locking into place with a "click" sound. Armrests are also assembled and removed with a snap-in mechanism.
Massage System: The chair includes a massage system with a remote control. It offers various massage modes (Auto, Manual) and functions such as Rolling/Spot, Kneading, Tapping, Combine, Percussion, and Compression. Intensity levels for tapping can be selected, and a vibrate button is available. Chair movement (Recline, Incline, Backward, Forward) is controlled via the remote.
Digital Control Panel: This panel manages several functions:
- On/Off Air-Jet: Controls the air jet function.
- Temperature Gauge/System Status: Displays water temperature and system status.
- Seat Movement Control: Allows for backward/forward and recline/incline adjustments of the chair.
- On/Off Eco-Jet: Controls the Eco-Jet whirlpool function.
- Bowl Light: Features an LED light with 8 color styles, which can be turned on, off, or set to cycle through colors.
- On/Off Massage: Controls the massage system.
Auto-Fill™/Jet Switch: A dual-function knob for water management.
- Auto-Fill: Twisting clockwise starts auto-fill, which automatically stops at a preset water level. Twisting again manually stops filling.
- Jet On/Off: The Eco-Jet automatically turns on when the water level is up. It can be manually turned off via the "Whirlpool button" on the digital control panel.
Drain Knob: Twisting clockwise starts draining.
Hot/Cold Water Mix Valve: Manually adjusts water temperature.
Water Control Knob: On by default, it should be shut down at the end of the day or when unattended to prevent water damage.
Water Sensor and Level Reset: The water sensor can be reset if the water level is out of range, which also resets the water level to a default of 3. The water level for auto-fill can also be adjusted.
Eco-Jet System: Features a magnetic drive and an air-ring that clips onto the drain stopper. The silicon pipe connects to the outlet, and back knobs need to match a notch for proper setup. Water flow holes should be kept horizontal.
Ventilation System (Optional): The spa may come with a preinstalled ventilation system, requiring connection of air-vent hoses to a connector, secured with tie-wraps.

Maintenance Features:

The manual emphasizes strict cleaning procedures and proper installation for safety and warranty validity.

Plumbing System Installation: Requires a licensed plumber and compliance with local plumbing codes (e.g., SECTION 701.0, 1001.1, 1001.2 UPC or IPC alternatives). A backflow preventer is required in many states for commercial usage.
- Gravity Drain: Uses a 1-1/4" flex hose (optional) and a 1-1/2" drainage pipe, connecting to a waste system through a trap and vent.
- Power Drain: Uses a 3/4" PVC drain and 3/4" coupling, with a check valve.
- Hot/Cold Water Supply: New constructions require draining water to remove debris before connecting to new SPA chairs. Replacement spas require new hot/cold water hoses to prevent clogging.
Cleaning Procedure (Required by State Boards): A cleaning log should be kept.
- After Each Customer:
  1. Drain water and remove debris.
  2. Clean basin with soap/detergent and water.
  3. Disinfect basin with an EPA-registered disinfectant (bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal) according to manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Wipe dry with a clean towel.
- At the End of Each Day:
  1. Remove screen, clear debris, and wash screen/inlet with soap/detergent and water.
  2. Immerse screen in EPA-registered disinfectant before replacing.
  3. Flush spa system with low sudsing soap and warm water for at least 10 minutes, then rinse and drain.
- At Least Once A Week:
  1. Fill basin with warm water and 1 teaspoon of 5.25% bleach per gallon, or a 50ppm Sodium Hypochlorite solution.
  2. Flush spa system with bleach/water solution for 5-10 minutes and let sit for 6-10 hours.
  3. Drain and flush with water before use.
Warnings:
- Do not turn on the Eco-Jet or drain pump unless adequate water is in the tub to prevent damage and voiding of warranty.
- Refrain from using excessive soap or body oil during the whirlpool cycle to avoid excessive foam.
- Overnight soaking with overdosed chlorine may damage rubber seals.
- Never step/stand in the foot basin.
- Never bring or operate electrical devices near the Pedicure Spa.

Warranty Terms:

2-Year Parts Exchange Limited Warranty: Applies to Prestige, Envision, Elite, Mystique, Luminous, Infinity pedi-spa models.
1-Year Parts Exchange Limited Warranty: Applies to Versas, Liberte, Mani/Pedi Stools, and Customer Chairs.
Part Shipping Fee: Shipping cost for replacement parts is covered under warranty. Defective parts must be returned to Lexor within 15 days at the salon owner's expense.
Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions: Excludes wear and tear, physical damage, abuse, misuse, accidental events, and freight-damaged furniture. Replacement parts are supplied with instructions for simple installation. Phone support is unavailable on specific holidays.
Shipping Damages: Must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt. Investigations can take 4-6 weeks.
Individual Parts Sold Warranty:
- All parts: 90-Days limited warranty.
- Complete Top Chair w/ Massage: 6-Months limited warranty.
- Complete Spa Base with Plumbing installed: 6-Months limited warranty.
Warranty Disclaimer: Lexor's limited warranty applies only to Lexor Pedicure Spas in the United States, is not transferable, and is void if the spa is removed from its initial shipment location.
