a. Select the Active Test, use the intelligent tester to generate a control command,
and then check that the steering wheel tilts up and down.

2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU - TILT MOTOR)
a. Disconnect the E27 multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU connector.
b. Disconnect the E17 tilt motor connector.
c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
