7. REMOVE STEERING RACK END SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using a wrench, hold the steering rack (LH side).
b. Using SST, remove the steering rack end (LH side) from the power steering
rack.

HINT:
Rotate SST in the direction shown in the illustration.
c. Using SST, remove the steering rack end (RH side) from the power steering
rack.

Rotate SST in the direction shown in the illustration.
NOTICE:
Do not mistake the direction of SST.
Make sure to keep the power steering rack fixed in place with
SST.
