Assistant and Intelligent Assistant bring an all-new level of ease and control to
how you experience your NX. Your NX comes equipped with Assistant which
oers easy voice interaction and controls for helpful, hands-free phone, audio
and climate controls. Intelligent Assistant (available with an active Drive Connect
subscription) adds cloud-based computing capabilities, advanced voice features
and realtime information for even greater control and interactivity.
THREE WAYS TO INITIATE ASSISTANT | INTELLIGENT ASSISTANT
• State a Wake-up Phrase: “Hello / Hi, Lexus / Ok, Lexus / Hey, Lexus…”
• Select the Microphone or Magnifying glass on your vehicle display
• Press the Push-to-Talk button on your steering wheel or display*
Once initiated, a notification will sound, and you can state your command.
BUILT-IN COMMANDS
Screen
“Help” – Provides guide on how to control by screen or voice input
“Start Over” – Stops the current conversation and restarts
“Go Back” – Returns to previous screen
“Cancel” – Cancels the voice command request or action
“Show Map” – Requires active Drive Connect subscription with Cloud Navigation
Audio
• General Controls: On/o, Source Selection, Volume Control
• Media Controls: Track Up/Down, Shue, Repeat
• Radio: XM/FM/HD/AM, Tune by frequency, Station Name, Genre, Favorites
Phone
• Phone: By Number, Phonebook, Recent Calls, Quick Text

• General: Open/Close Apps, Help, Start Over
• Information: Fuel Consumption, Cruising Range Average Speed, Traveling Time
