The rear seat reminder function determines that luggage, etc. has been placed in a
rear seat based on opening and closing of a rear door. Therefore, depending on the
situation, the rear seat reminder function may not operate and you may still forget
luggage, etc. in the rear seat, or it may operate unnecessarily.
● The rear seat reminder function can be enabled/disabled.

Opening the doors
▶ Outside the vehicle
When the doors are locked:
While carrying an electronic key, press the door opener switch of the door handle and
open the door.
Make sure to securely press the door opener switch
on the inner side of the door
handle with the electronic key within the detection area.
When the doors are unlocked:
Press the door opener switch of the door handle to open the door.
Make sure to securely press the door opener switch on the inner side of the door
handle.
