126 Section 3B: Data Services
When you use data services, your user name is submitted to
identify you to the network. The user name is also useful as a
way to personalize services and as an online virtual identity.
Your user name will be automatically programmed into your
phone. You don't have to enter it.
Finding Your User Name
If you aren't sure what your user name is, you can easily find it
on your phone.
To find your User Name:

You can find your User name under the Phone Info option
in your phone's Settings menu (Menu > Settings > Phone
Info).
Launching a Data Connection
To launch a data services connection:
1. Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu.
2. Select Services ( ).
3. Select Trumpet Web. (Your data services connection will
launch and the your data services home page will
display.)
While connecting, the following will appear on the screen:
Connecting....
If you had a previous data services connection, the Trumpet
Web homepage will display when you launch your browser.
When this occurs, you may not see the “Connecting...”
message when you launch the session. Though the browser is
