I signed up on my TV, but
I cannot purchase paid
apps.
• To purchase paid apps, you need to have a credit card
registered with the website (www.lgappstv.com).
Also, you can have place a credit on your account ahead of
time.
You cannot purchase paid apps if your credit card details
are not registered with us or you don’t have enough credit.
Should I only use an email
address for my ID?
• For new sign-up members, the ID format has changed from
a combination of alphanumerics to your email address.
• You can only use an email address for your ID when signing
up.
