This board has big problem because Main chip (Mstar) have some troubles.
After checking thoroughly all path once again, You should decide to replace Mstar or not.
Check the o utput of Mstar(IC101).
Measure wavefo rm at R123, IC5600(Pin23, 24).
because it’s mo re easy to ch eck. Can you see the n ormal signal?

After checking aud io signal line, you sh ould decide to replace item or not.
