Follow these instructions to properly set up LG TV sets.
1. LG (LED) 43UK6500*, 49UJ6300, 55UK6500, OLED55C8,70UK6570,
OLED65C8, 49LJ510M, 49LJ510M
(for 24in all setting step not needed)
A. POWER ON
1) Press POWER button on remote (O/|).
B. CHOOSE SOURCE HDMI ONE (1)
1) Press SOURCE button.
2) Use DOWN arrow to “HDMI 1”, then press OK button.
For LG 24in (24LH4830-PU) press HOME button, then select inputs, use arrow
DOWN to HDMI 1
C. ENABLE CEC (SimpLink)
1) Press GEAR button.
2) Use UP arrow to “All Settings”, then press OK button.
3) Use DOWN arrow to “General”, then use RIGHT arrow to select
4) Use DOWN arrow to select “SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC)”, then press OK
button.
5) Toggle the switch to enable “SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC)” by pressing OK
button.
6) Press BACK button until Live TV returns.
