If your LG LED TV has normal audio but no video, you should first check the backlight. Also, ensure that the power is normal. If the issue persists, inspect the Power Board 13.2V output. As a possible solution, consider repairing the Power Board or its parts. If all else fails, replacing the T-con/Main Board or module might be necessary.
