4.3. Local Dimming Function Check
(1) Normal Edge LED Model
Step 1) Turn on TV.
Step 2) Press “TILT” key on the Adj. Remote control.
Step 3) At the Local Dimming mode, module Edge
Backlight moving right to left Back light of IOP
module moving.
Step 4) Confirm the Local Dimming mode.
Step 5) Press "exit" key.
(2) Only 50inch AUO Local dimming Model(50LA66)
- Test method
Insert the USB memory included video file below
inspection pattern in Poweronly mode.
Play repeat first, second pattern once per second
(3) Only LA71 Series LGD Local Dimming Model (47/55LA71,
16 block)
Step 1) Turn on TV
Step 2) Press “TILT” key on the Adj. R/C.
Step 3) At the Local Dimming mode, module Edge
Backlight moving left to right, bottom to Up, Back
light of ALEF module moving. (No1->2->3->….->14
->15->16)
Step 4) Confirm the Local Dimming mode
Step 5) Press “exit” Key
