Choose the folder that you want to share.
Then, right-click and click Share.
Add the Everyone and click Share.

Choose the folder that you want to share.
Right-click and click Properties.
Click Advanced Sharing on Sharing tab.
Check Share this folder and click Permission.
Add Everyone and check Full Control - Allow.

Check File sharing-On, Public folder sharing-
On, and Password protected sharing-Off.
