Troubleshooting
Please check the following contents if portable battery does not work. If the
problem is not solved, please stop use and contact manufacturer.
Problem Cause & Correction
Portable battery cannot
charge the portable
device.
•Please check the Voltage specication
between Portable battery and the
portable device.
•Please check that the cable is properly
connected.
•Please start charging the portable device
by pressing the LED indicator button.
Portable Battery has
stopped charging the
portable device.
•Portable Battery is almost empty. Please
charge the portable battery.
When the portable
battery is connected with
the portable device, a
“Slow charging” message
appears on the portable
device.
•This may occur on some devices, the
charge status is normal. Please continue
charging.
There is no LED ashing
after connecting the
portable battery to the
portable device.
•The charging status will start with LED
ashing after pressing the LED indicator
button.
•LED doesn’t ash while the portable
battery charges the portable device.
