    • M
      Maria KingAug 18, 2025
If your LG Dryer leaves garments still wrinkled after using the STEAM FRESH™ option, it may be due to overloading or mixing different types of garments. For best results, use small loads of 1 to 5 similar items.

Why is the indicator light on during the drying cycle of my LG Dryer?
    • H
      Heather ThompsonAug 23, 2025
If indicator lights are on during the drying cycle on your LG Dryer, it may be due to a water supply error. Check the steam feeder drawer to ensure it's filled to the MAX line, properly seated, and fully closed. Also, turn the dryer off and restart the steam cycle. Do not use distilled water; the water level sensor in steam generator will not work. If the issue persists, it could be a pump problem, in which case you should unplug the dryer and call for service.

    • K
      Kristy FloresAug 26, 2025
If odors remain in clothing after using the STEAM FRESH™ cycle on your LG Dryer, it means that the STEAM FRESH™ cycle did not remove the odor completely. For fabrics with strong odors, it's recommended to wash them in a normal cycle.
