If your LG Washer is leaking water, experiencing oversudsing, has slow or no water entering, or drains slowly, several issues could be the cause. First, check if the fill or drain hoses are loose and tighten them. If your house drain pipes are clogged, unclog them, or contact a plumber. Ensure your water supply is adequate by checking another tap. Fully open the water supply tap and straighten any kinks in the water inlet hose(s). Also, inspect and clean the filter of the inlet hose(s). Finally, clean and straighten the drain hose and clean the drain filter if they are clogged.

If your LG Washer won't start or spin, make sure the electrical power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet. Check your house fuse, circuit breaker, or for any power outages, and reset the breaker or replace the fuse if necessary. Ensure the water supply tap is turned on and that the door is firmly shut. Press the Start/Pause button, keeping in mind it may take a moment to begin spinning. For spinning issues, add 1 or 2 similar items to balance the load or rearrange the load for proper spinning.

How to fix rattling or vibrating noises in my LG F14A7FDS Washer?
L
Lisa JonesAug 22, 2025
If your LG Washer is making rattling, clanking, thumping, or vibrating noises, stop the washer and check the drum and drain filter. If the noise continues after restarting, contact an authorised service centre. If the sound persists, the washer might be unbalanced; stop it and redistribute the wash load. Also, ensure transit bolts were removed during installation, referring to the Installation guide if needed. An unevenly distributed wash load can also cause these noises, so stop the washer and rearrange the load.
