  • Child Lock: Prevents children from changing settings during operation by locking the control panel buttons.
  • Low noise speed control system: Senses the load amount and balance to evenly distribute the load, minimizing spinning noise.
  • Auto Restart: In case of a power failure, the program will automatically restart from the stage where it stopped.
  • Direct Drive System: Features an advanced Brushless DC motor that directly drives the drum, eliminating the need for a belt and pulley.

Maintenance Features

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of the washing machine.

General Care

  • Exterior: Clean with warm water and a neutral non-abrasive household detergent. Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth. Avoid methylated spirits, diluents, or sharp objects.
  • Interior: Dry around the door opening, flexible gasket, and door glass. Run a complete cycle with hot water periodically. Remove hard water deposits using washer-safe cleaners.

Water Inlet Filter

  • Cleaning: If water supply is slow or an "IE" error appears, the inlet filter may be clogged. Turn off the water tap, unscrew the water inlet hose, clean the filter with a hard bristle brush, and then re-tighten the hose.

Drain Pump Filter

  • Cleaning: The drain filter collects threads and small objects. Check it regularly.
  • Procedure: First, drain water using the drain hose. Open the lower cover cap with a coin. Pull out the drain plug to allow water to flow out (use a vessel to collect water). Turn the pump filter open to the left and remove any foreign material. After cleaning, turn the pump filter clockwise and insert the drain plug back, then close the lower cover cap. Be cautious if the water is hot.

Dispenser Drawer

  • Cleaning: Detergent and fabric softener can leave deposits. Clean periodically with running water. The drawer can be removed by pressing the catch downwards and pulling it out. The upper part of the fabric softener compartment can also be removed for easier cleaning.
  • Drawer Recess: Clean the recess with an old toothbrush.
  • After Cleaning: Replace the drawer and run a rinse cycle without laundry.

Washing Drum

  • Limescale: In hard water areas, limescale can build up. Use descaling agents suitable for washing machines.
  • Rust: Small metal articles left in the drum can cause rust specks. Remove spots with a stainless steel cleaning agent. Never use steel wool.
  • General Cleaning: Clean the washing drum from time to time.

Cold Condition Storage

  • Preparation: If storing in freezing temperatures, turn off the water supply tap, disconnect and drain hoses. Plug the electrical cord into a grounded outlet. Add 1 gallon (3.8L) of non-toxic recreational vehicle (RV) antifreeze to the empty drum. Close the door.
  • Draining: Set a spin cycle and let the washer spin for 1 minute to drain water and antifreeze.
  • Final Steps: Unplug the power cord, dry the drum interior, and close the door. Remove and dry the dispenser drawer. Store the washer upright.
  • After Storage: To remove antifreeze, run an empty washer through a complete cycle using detergent. Do not add laundry.
