There are several reasons why your LG Freezer might not be cooling well. The temperature setting may be set too warm; try setting it to a colder setting. The freezer might be placed in direct sunlight or near a heat source, so relocate it away from heat. Putting too much food inside or storing hot food without cooling it first can also affect cooling. Ensure there's enough space around the appliance for ventilation and that the doors are completely closed without any food obstructing them.
