Setting Up a Conference Call
A conference call can be set up while in an
active call.
To begin a conference call
1. Place the active call on Hold by pressing
the
[SEND] key.
2. Press the
key or slide the phone to use
the qwerty keypad.
3. Dial the number and press the [SEND]
to connect.
4. Once connected to the 3rd person,
press the left soft key [Options], select
Conference and then select Join. This
will combine the 3 separate callers into one
conference call. Repeat the steps above to
add more people to the Conference Call.
Placing the Conference Call on
Hold
To place a conference call on hold, press the
[SEND] key
Call Waiting on a Conference
Call
To answer a call during an existing conference
call, press the left soft key [Accept].
Private Call in a Conference Call
To have a private call with one caller from
a conference call, press the left soft key
[Options], select Conference and select
Private call. When the numbers of the
callers are displayed, select the one you wish
to speak to in private.
Ending a Conference Call
Currently active conference calls can be
disconnected by pressing the [END] key.
