Sending an email using your
new account
Touch Email on the
Communication tab, then
touch New message to open
a new blank message.
Enter the recipient’s address
and write your message.
You can also attach images,
videos, audio files and
document file types.
Touch Send to send your
email.
TIP! During an active Wi-Fi
connection, emails are sent
and received via Wi-Fi.
Retrieving your email
You can automatically or
manually check your account for
new email.
See ‘Change your email settings’
to check automatically.
To check manually:
Touch then Email.

Touch the account you want
to use then.
Choose Refresh and your
GW620 will connect to your
email account and retrieve
your new messages.
Changing your email
settings
You can change your email
settings based on your own
preferences.
Touch Email. In the menu,
there is an option - Account
settings.
Select Email.
You can alter the following
settings:
Account name - Name your
email account name.
Your name - Enter your name
to be displayed for outgoing
mail.
Email address - Your email
address.
