  If the LG Air Conditioner does not work normally and you notice burning smells or strange sounds, water leaks from the indoor unit (even when humidity is low), the power cable is damaged or generating excessive heat, a switch/circuit breaker/fuse isn't working, or the unit shows an error code, immediately turn off the air conditioner, switch OFF, or disconnect the power supply, and contact the service center.

  If your LG Air Conditioner doesn't emit warm air, it could be normal if the vane is almost closed at the start of Heating Mode; wait for warm air to blow through. The outdoor unit might be in Defrosting Mode, which removes frost and finishes in about 15 minutes. The heating effect may not be sufficient if the outside temperature is too low.
