Using the backlight
You can reduce the power
consumption by turning off the
backlight of the screen and button.
Pressing shortly will let you switch
between suspend and resume mode.
On suspend mode, the backlight will
be completly turned off.

Pushing and releasing the power
key will force your phone in
suspend or resume state.
You can adjust the lighting time and
the brightness for the backlight.
To adjust the backlight setting:
1. From the Start menu, tap Settings.
2. In the
System tab, tap Backlight. In
the Battery Power tab, set whether
or not the phone turns off the
backlight automatically, if not used
for the specified period of time.
