an authorized Canadiandistributor thereof. The warranty only applies to Products located and used within Canada.

plumbing,or correctionofunauthorizedrepairs/installation.
2. Failureoftheproductto performduringpowerfailuresandinterruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedby leakyor brokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateor interruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyofair.
4. DamageresultingfromoperatingtheProductina corrosiveatmosphereor
contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5. Damagetothe Productcausedbyaccidents,pestsand vermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oractsof God.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceofthe Product.Improperrepairincludesuseofpartsnotapproved
orspecifiedbyLG Canada.
7. Damageorproductfailurecausedbyunauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or
useforotherthanitsintendedpurpose,orresultingfromanywaterleakagedue
toimproperinstallation.
8. DamageorProductfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialor industrialuse,oruseofaccessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatarenotapprovedbyLGCanada.
9. Damagecausedbytransportationand handling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamageto thefinishofyourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandisreportedwithinone(1)
weekofdelivery.
10.Damageormissingitemstoanydisplay,openbox,discounted,or refurbished
Product.
11.Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,altered,orcannot
bereadilydetermined.Modeland Serialnumbers,alongwithoriginalretailsales
receipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12.increasesin utilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13.Replacementoflightbulbs,filters,oranyconsumableparts.
14.RepairswhenyourProductisusedinotherthan normaland usualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,in officesor recreational
facilities)or contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
15.Costsassociatedwithremovalof theProductfromyourhomefor repairs.
16.Theremovalandreinstallationof theProductifit isinstalledinaninaccessible
locationorisnotinstalledinaccordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingthe Productowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17.Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriestothe Product.Also
excludedarepartsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
