3.5 RFSYS of MT6251 (U100)
3.5.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
RFSYS built in MT6251 SOC is a highly integrated RF transceiver for multi-band GMS and GPRS cellular systems.
The features are listed as following.
Receiver
- One high band and one Low band LNAs to support true quad band receiver.
- 2VBESBUVSF 3'NJYFST
- Fully integrated channel filter with f3dB=700kHz
- 96 dB dynamic range ADC
- 24dB PGA gain with 6dB gain step
