Check the Signal level at TP1 (C1613 )
Check the voltage at TP2 , +2.8V?
Check the signal level at TP3 (L1113)
Check the signal level at TP4 (C1130)
Check the Antenna Clip TP5 (ANT1103)
Replace U4100
The Problem may be Logic part
Refer to Logic troubleshoot
Replace FL1102
