PAM control signal
PA_ON_W2100 (C1065), PA_ON_W850(C1086) : PAM Enable
PA_R0, PA_R1: PAM Gain Control
PA_ON must be HIGH (over 2.6V)
PAM IN/OUT Signal
When PAM is under the operation of high power mode (PA_R0(C1084):Low),
PAM OUT power must be over 21 dBm
PAM IN power must be under 10 dBm
