PAM control signal
W_PA_ON (W_1700_PA_ON(C1115), W_2100_PA_ON(C1095) and) : PAM Enable
W_PA_RO: PAM Gain Control
W_PA_ON must be HIGH (over 2.6V)

PAM IN/OUT Signal :
When PAM is under the operation of high power mode (WCDMA_PA_R0(C1929):Low),
PAM OUT power must be over 21 dBm
PAM IN power must be under 10 dBm
