Restarting the device
If the device becomes unresponsive, simply
press and hold the Volume Down key and
Power key at the same time until the
device restarts.
Installing the SIM card and
memory card
Insert the SIM card and memory card with their
gold-coloured contacts facing downwards as
shown in the figure.
SIM cardMemory card (Optional)
Always use a genuine SIM card supplied by
the operator.
