Usage Features

  • Control Panel and Remote Control: The unit can be operated via a control panel on the unit itself or a wireless remote control. The remote control requires two AAA 1.5V batteries.
  • Operation Modes: Includes Energy Saver, Cool, Fan, and Heat modes.
  • Fan Speed: Adjustable to Low (F1) and High (F2).
  • Delay ON/OFF Timer: Allows setting the unit to turn on or off automatically from 1 to 24 hours later.
  • Air Direction: Airflow can be adjusted horizontally and vertically by manipulating the louvers.
  • Auto Restart: If the air conditioner turns off due to a power outage, it will restart automatically with the previous settings once power is restored.

Maintenance Features

  • Air Filter Cleaning: The air filter should be checked at least twice a month and cleaned every two weeks. The "Clean Filter" LED on the control panel illuminates after 250 hours of operation as a reminder. To clean, remove the filter, wash it with lukewarm water (below 40 °C/104 °F), gently shake off excess water, and replace.
  • Air Conditioner Cleaning: The front grille and inlet grille should be wiped with a cloth dampened in a mild detergent solution. The cabinet can be washed with mild soap or detergent and lukewarm water, then polished with liquid appliance wax.
  • Condenser Coils: For continued peak efficiency, the condenser coils (outside of the unit) should be checked periodically and cleaned if clogged with soot or dirt.
  • Battery Replacement (Remote Control): Replace batteries when needed. Remove batteries if the remote control will not be used for an extended period.

  • Refrigerant Handling: Maintenance and cleaning involving flammable refrigerants should only be performed by trained and certified personnel.
