Battery is not charged.
4-2-1. Solution
Check and replace IC300 on jack board.
4-2-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Check connection of CN301 and CN900.
2) Check voltage of CN301 pin11 ~ pin14 and CN900 pin7 ~ pin10. (It should be 9.6 V.)
If voltage is not 9.6 V, replace IC300.
