Power off by CPU Abnormal status
1. Power off (Last Cold, Last Cool, Last Warm)
Condition : When power on and checking Power on Mode, abnormality appears.
2. Power off in CPU Abnormal Case (Exception)
- Release Mode : Reboot
- Debug/Event Mode : Power off

Result : micom force to trigger TV power off within 4 seconds.
