(17-1) Disconnect the Connector and unfasten the Screw 7EA at [PSU Master PCB].
When you separate the PCB, you need a little power because gap pads were stuck at the bottom of PCB.
(17-2) Unfasten [PSU Slave] Screw 7EA.
(17-3) Unfasten [Thermal PCB] Screw 1EA.
(17-4) Unfasten [Fan] Screw 2EA.
