PAM control signal
PA_ON0 (C1079), PA_ON1(C1078) : PAM Enable
PA_R0: PAM Gain Control
PA_ON must be HIGH (over 2.6V)
PAM IN/OUT Signal
When PAM is under the operation of high power mode (PA_R0(C1076) : Low),
PAM OUT power must be over 21 dBm
PAM IN power must be under 10 dBm
