3.AC Position Meas/ Meas backup data. : Execute( auto convergence measuring)
4.Pattern : Adjust location of convergence pattern.
It’s same 9,4,Enter.
5.Phase : Adjust a phase of convergence pattern.
It’s same 9,5,Enter.
