Also, inspect the drain hose to ensure it is not pinched or clogged. Place the drain hose on a smooth surface to prevent bending. If the drain hose is frozen, thaw it in warm water. Finally, check if the drain hose is clogged with foreign objects; if so, open the drain pump plug cap and remove the dirt.
