DIAGNOSIS
FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
Vibrations at delivery
hoses or at the spray
1 - Debris under pump valve
2 - Sucking air on suction side of
pump
1 - Remove the valve and clean or
replace.
2 -Look for air suction and eliminate it.
1 - Thermostat not set or discon-
nected
2 - No diesel in tank
3 - Electrodes dirty
4 - High tension cables of the
electrodes faulty or burnt.
5 - Diesel filter dirty.
6 - Electrodes too far a part
1 - Set the thermostat
2 - Fill tank
3 - Clean electrodes
4 - Change high tension cables
5 - Remove and clean the filter
6 - Reposition
1 - Set air by regulation lock
2 - Reduce fuel pump pressure
3 - Clean out boiler
4 - Replace burner nozzle
1- Check the float and fill the tank
2 - Bleed air
3 - Remove and clean it
4 - Unscrew the valve plug and relea-
se the valve clean replace
5 - Close the valve and fill the con-
tainer
6 - Change suction pipe
1 - Air not open enough
2 - Diesel pressure too high
