5. Place the potatoes in a large bowl
and coat them with oil. Then season
generously with salt and other sea-
sonings you like, such as chili powder,
basil or black pepper.
6. Add the chips to the Air Fryer basket.
Adjust the temperature to 180 °C and
cook for 20 minutes. Shake the chips
half-way through the cooking time
and adjust the timer if necessary.
BLUEBERRY LEMON MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 100 ml coconut milk
• 120 g plain flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 50 g sugar
• 60 ml coconut oil
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 75 g blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar,
coconut oil, lemon zest and vanilla
extract, then mix in the coconut milk
and the lemon juice. Continue mixing
for about 60 seconds.
2. In another bowl combine the flour,
baking powder and ¼ tsp fine salt.
3. Slowly add the flour mixture into the
wet ingredients and stir in until well
combined.
4. Now carefully fold in the blueberries.
5. Spray your mun tins with non-stick
cooking spray and fill the mun cups
with batter, about ¾ of the way full.
Place the mun tins in the baking
basket and set your Air Fryer to 160 °C
for 18 minutes.
6. Let the muns cool before serving.
