Why is the rowing stroke return too light on my LifeFitness Home Gym?
    • K
      Keith MitchellSep 1, 2025
If the rowing stroke return feels too light on your LifeFitness Home Gym, it could be due to the bungee not being under enough tension. To fix this, open the rear Perspex cover and cut the bungee tie wrap. Then, tighten the bungee in small increments using the bungee tie-off tab point. Test the tension by allowing the rowing handle to return to its furthest point forward, ensuring there is still some slight tension.
