Usage Features
Installation:
The PEARL WASH can be installed on the floor using its rubber feet, or suspended from a truss, ceiling, or wall. When suspended, a safety rope must be securely fixed to the projector's support structure and connected to a central fixing point on the base. The supporting structure and hardware must withstand at least 10 times the weight of all supported devices.
Safety Precautions:
- Professional Use Only: Not for household use.
- Fire Protection: Do not install directly on combustible surfaces. Maintain at least 20cm clearance from flammable materials and obstructions around fans/ventilation. Avoid exposing the front glass to direct sunlight or strong light sources to prevent fire hazards.
- Temperature: Do not operate if ambient temperature exceeds 40°C. Allow at least 5 minutes for cooling before handling.
- Electrical Safety: The ground wire of the power supply system must be effectively grounded (EN 60598-1 standard). Use an appropriately sized leakage circuit breaker to protect the power cord.
- Mains Connection: Double insulation is used. Connection to mains supply must be done by a qualified technician. Verify bus frequency and voltage match luminaire specifications. Maintenance Features
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Regular Cleaning: Keep the projector clean for normal operation. Regularly clean the lens to maintain optimum light output. Do not use solvents on the lens.
- Usage Duration: Continuous usage should not exceed 4 hours to prolong lamp life. Alternate operation is recommended. Power ON time should ideally not exceed 48 hours to prevent lamp protection procedures.
- Power Disconnection: Always disconnect power before maintenance. Allow parts to cool for at least 10 minutes before handling.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect lenses and moving parts for damage or looseness. Replace damaged parts immediately. Check mechanical parts for jamming and lubricate with temperature-durable fluid after cleaning.

- Intake Area: After use, check the intake area for debris (wastepaper, etc.) and clean it to prevent windmill breakdown and fire hazards.
Troubleshooting:

- LED Off/Faulty: Check voltage, LED lifespan, power supply, and DMX "turn on" order.
- No Control Order: Verify DMX address, function options, cable connection (length, interruption), control system validity, signal amplifier, and proper wire arrangement (separate high/low voltage cables). Use a signal amplify isolator and a 75Ω screening doublet cable. Ensure the end resistance is connected.
