Why are the measured values inaccurate with my Lika SMAX-BG Accessories?

Inaccurate measured values with Lika Accessories can occur for several reasons. It could be that the gap between the sensor and the scale isn't consistent along the entire measuring length, or the sensor isn't properly installed on the scale. Another cause might be the connection cable running near high voltage cables or a poorly connected shield, so check the earthing point. Also, the frequency of the Master clock might be set too high or too low, disrupting synchronization, so check the “4 - SSI interface.” Furthermore, a section of the magnetic scale might be mechanically or magnetically damaged. Finally, the measuring error could be due to torsion in the machine structure; in this case, check parallelism and symmetry in the machine's movement.
